The Raven Hall Hotel

Raven Hall is dramatically situated in the North Yorkshire Moors national park, 600 feet above sea level, overlooking Robin Hood’s Bay. The village of Ravenscar has a long and turbulent history dating back to the fifth century when the Romans built a fort on this very site. With both Whitby and Scarborough just a short drive away, you can easily visit both Whitby Abbey and Scarborough Castle. The hotel has 52 en-suite bedrooms, 100 acres of award winning grounds and battlements, and its own challenging 9-hole cliff top golf course.  There are also extensive sports and leisure facilities which include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, games room, two all weather tennis courts, putting green, croquet lawn, crown green bowls and a restaurant with probably the finest views in Yorkshire
